SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Your order can be dispatched by courier. Courier on small parcels inside South Africa will be charged at R100.00. We reserve the right to use the most economical courier option which in some cases might include you needing to collect from the closest collection point. (Delivery to your door may incur a surcharge). Urgent orders which need to be delivered in the fastest possible time will require the courier charge to be calculated. Courier costs for orders to be delivered outside South Africa are subject to quotation. Bulky consignments and deliveries to outlying areas may incur a surcharge.

Please note:

• Transport charges for returns (with the exception of faulty goods) are at the customer’s expense.
• Please note – only once your payment appears in our bank account, will your order be available for collection or delivery. (If for any reason, you do not pay the required amount within 24 hours of invoicing, the goods will be returned to stock.)

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Your shipment will be assigned a Tracking Number upon collection. Please note: this Tracking number is not automatically forwarded to you, but you may request this at any time. We do track all shipments on our side and will alert you of any delay via email or phone call. We ship exclusively via The Courier Guy.

DAMAGES

We are not liable for any products damaged or loss during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us via  WhatsApp. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and please take photos for future reference.
